Sand Blanc is a newly built residence at the front of Seacrest Beach, in the quiet stretch of 30A between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. It was designed for families and friends who want to be together without being on top of one another: four bedrooms, four full baths, and five outdoor spaces across three floors.
The top floor is the heart of the house. A bar and covered veranda with an outdoor kitchen, a grill, and dining for ten or more open onto views of the Emerald Coast. Most evenings end here.
Private beach access and the Seacrest lagoon pool are a five to seven minute walk away. The shops and restaurants of Alys and Rosemary Beach are close enough to reach on foot or by bicycle, and the bicycles are waiting in the garage.

The setting
Seacrest Beach
Seacrest Beach sits on Scenic Highway 30A, the quiet stretch of Florida’s Emerald Coast known for sugar-white sand and clear green water. Alys Beach lies just to the west, Rosemary Beach just to the east, and both are close enough to walk or cycle to for coffee, dinner, and an evening stroll.
The beach itself is a short walk from the door, and a beach tram runs for anyone carrying chairs and umbrellas.
