Our Story

A few homes, and a standard we keep.

The name

In Italian, a stazione is a station: the place a journey pauses and you step down into somewhere new.

That is what we want each of our homes to be. Not a stop along the way, but the arrival itself. The moment the door opens, the bags come down, and everyone exhales.

Staziones began with a single house on Florida's 30A. It will grow the way good things do, slowly and one home at a time, in places we love and would travel to ourselves.

How we keep a house

We furnish every residence the way we would furnish our own home, then keep refining it with every stay.

That is why you will find a real hair dryer, a drawer of batteries and sticky notes, labeled supplies, beach chairs and umbrellas by the door, and a kitchen equipped for an actual dinner. None of it is announced. It is simply there when you reach for it.

When you write, you hear back directly from your hosts, not a call center. The bicycles are tuned, the beach chairs are ready, and when something needs attention, it reaches the people who care most about getting it right.

Our mark

The olive branch has been a Mediterranean sign of welcome for as long as there have been guests to welcome.

It is the only ornament we allow ourselves. Everything else should feel effortless.
